We had a nice little birthday breakfast with Dylan on his birthday and then he went upstairs to see his new drum set we got him for his 3rd special day!
We invite the family over for an official celebration on New Year's Day. Of course we get pizza and have some scrumptious cake. Turning three seems to prove the most challenging when asked how are old are you and to show "3" on your fingers. He puts his index and thumb together like the way you make a duck shadow puppet. Either way, it's "3" fingers!
He opened some presents. The most comical was the froggy hat. He must have thought it was a dinosaur so he ran to pretty much everyone and gave them a big ROAR!! Dylan got a Colts gear set, lion backpack, Thomas stuff, books and a motorcycle! You guys know him well!
On down is a picture of the cake and a plate I painted that I forgot to get out. Oops, there's always next year.
